Fees and Entry Procedure
- The official entry form must be used.. A preliminary title page must be submitted with the entry form but may be modified later if desired.
- The exhibit entry fees for adults are $35 for the first frame; $15 per additional frame and $5 per Youth exhibit. The fee must be paid at the time of submission, and checks should be made payable to: ST. LOUIS STAMP EXPO. Mail entry form and fees to the address on the entry form
- Each exhibitor must also submit a title page and summary/synopsis/outline of the exhibit. These should be emailed in PDF form to exhibits@stlstampexpo.com This material may be sent at the time of application or up to January 1st of the show. This material will aid the judges in understanding the exhibit. If you are unable to email in PDF form, a hard copy may be submitted and will be scanned for you.
- The deadline for entries is December 31. Early application is important because the Exhibition Committee may close entries without further notice when frames are filled. The Exhibition Committee can, at its discretion, reject any exhibit for any reason. The entry fee will be refunded in full if the exhibit is rejected.
- Failure to exhibit an accepted exhibit forfeits the entry fee.
- All exhibitors will be notified whether their exhibit has been accepted by January 20.
